I was one of 10 passengers sent to Premier Inn late last night after the British Airways Flight 4121 I was on was forced to make an emergency landing at Belfast international Airport because of an engine problem. British Airways, who handled the whole emergency situation brilliantly, rang up the Premier Inn Customer Services centre to book rooms for stranded...

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here in September for three nights for a small break away. The hotel was standard premier inn decor with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and tidy with everything you need inside. Staff were very helpful on our last day holding our luggage until it was time for our flight home. Breakfast was...

Called into the premier inn for a quick cup of coffee as what a meeting to go bear and had to kill an hour. We were greeted by Bonito who directed us to Daniel our server. They made us Welcome even tho we were only in for coffee. The decor up to high standard and we'll maintained. The restaurant had...

Such a fantastic hotel with great staff who are very friendly and always helpful. The food is great value, as in all other Premier Inns, but he service is really good and that really makes the stay feel like home from home. Best Premier In in Belfast by far!!

Stayed at the Premier Inn, Alfred Street for 3 nights for a sightseeing city break trip. The hotel is in a perfect location for a short stay, as it is 10 minutes walk to the City Hall and shopping area, and also the Europa bus station. If you have a chance, visit St. Malachy's Church across the road- easily one...

Stayed here quite a number of times, and indeed recommended it to others. Had originally booked for four nights, but for various reasons, I had to change to two. So glad. I ended up in Room 102, and when the window is open you get the 'benefit' of the smokers outside. I don't believe that the hotel was as busy...

The hotel was a little hard to find, but we didn't have a map or GPS. It is Belfast with many one way streets. Premier Inn is a large hotel chain in Europe but it is efficient, clean and very well priced. The rooms were sparse yet comfortable! A good place to go if you only need a place to...

Convenient to rail station, busses, tours, restaurants, and just walking around. Staff helped plan a local taxi tour for us. Good restaurant on site and a nice carryout breakfast / lunch place next door. Gave us an early check-in with no hassle.
