We stopped here for lunch whilst on a 'Game of Thrones' tour. The service was excellent and food extremely delicious. Others on the tour also enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service provided. I highly recommend the beef pie.

We arrived for a delicious lunch on New Years Eve before taking up 'residence' prior to the festivities. We were in a party of 20 adults and 12 children. Dinner which was included in our package was exceptional. Good entertainment including a piper to help bring in the New Year. Well done to all the staff for all their hard...

Main problem was "gritty" bed sheets caused by, having seen laundry room, Daz powder! (Who uses powder in this day and age!) Breakfast ok but cooked food greasy! Good ambience in bar and although didn't have dinner here food coming out of kitchen...

Had lunch here last week. Clean nicely decorated with real stove burning and comfy chairs. Friendly helpful staff. Food was ok - a bit lacklustre but reasonably priced. Would certainly consider returning.
