Just finished our third year on the site and the improvements this year are noticeable, in a good way. The overall "feel" of the place has improved; the swimming pool is brilliant for the kids, as is the new play area. The "icing on the cake" is the bar/bistro under the manageme

Hi Martin Thanks for taking the time to send in a review. I'm pleased you are seeing the improvements take shape and that you are making use of the bar and restaurant facilities. It has been a great addition to the service we can offer our owners and guests. Rob has indeed put a lot of effort into it and hopefully next year we can offer even more in the way of entertainment for all age groups. I would certainly like to see more folks that haven't been since the refurbishment go into the bar even for a coffee. Hope we get the same weather we had this year next year. Thanks again for the review, it means a lot to the staff when they are recognised for their hard work.

We Stayed in one of the Swiss lodges during half term week and had a great time as usual.

The lodge was surprisingly roomy for a family of four, it was great value for money.

There were plenty of activities for the kids from swimming to halloween movies, discos and making toff

Hi Brendan Thanks for taking the time to submit a review and for your kind words. I am so pleased you enjoyed your time with us and that the Swiss lodge met your needs. This is the first year we have been able to offer a variety of entertainment due to the newly refurbished restaurant and bar facilities. It's especially important that the kids enjoy themselves and make cherished memories. I hope to see you back with us again soon.

We went as a family, on a last minute break Monday to Friday. When we arrived the park was very quiet, which was understandable. From the minute we arrived to leaving we were treated like guests and customers, with staff going above and beyond. We went to the bar at night to find

Hi John Thanks for taking the time to send in a review and for your very kind words. I am delighted that you enjoyed your time with us and that you were able to get around and see some of the wonderful local attractions and scenery. I am so glad to hear that the staff went the extra mile to cater for your needs. It is difficult at this time of year to gauge how many folks will be staying with us and looking for some form of entertainment, but we try to be flexible and look after our guests as best we can. It is so important to offer a high level of customer service at all times and ensure our guests have a memorable time and leave with a desire to return. We hope you will come back to stay with us again soon.

So after looking forward to our break away we were dissapointed to find reception staff who were disinterested. A swimming pool closed for two days then only open for 3 hours for 3 days AND at an additional cost of £12 per day.
Building work was going on and you felt very much u

Hi, can anyone recommend anywhere close by to do some grocery shopping? Or even better, one that does delivery or click and collect? Thanks
There is a small Co op and and a Spar in the town(which has a good deli section). Nearest large Tesco is around 16 miles away at Ballymoney. If travelling in from Belfast International Airport ,you can shop at large Asda and Tesco at Ballymena, around 26 miles away. Hope this info is of some help.

Can anyone suggest how the accommodation look like for sun holidays customers? and is there a possibility to upgrade? Which accommodation sun customers get for 5 people?
Hello there and thank you for your query. For Sun bookings our accommodations range from Two bed sleep 4 Chalets, Apartments that can sleep from 4-6 persons and our hire fleet Caravans. For a party of five through the sun, we would place you into one of our 2 bedroom apartments that sleep 5 with the possibility to upgrade to a double glazed central heated caravan if there is availability on your selected dates. If you have any further queries, do not hesitate to contact us on 02820762550. :) The Causeway Coast has a lot to offer and our site is central to all local attractions and with breathtaking scenery. We look forward to welcoming you to the Beautiful Causeway Coast! :)

Hi, we will be flying over as neither of us drive and was wondering which is the closest airport? Thanks
Depends where you are flying from. The closest airport is probably Derry but it might be just as easy to get here from Belfast International Airport.
