First of all we had a largish bedroom with a really tiny TV, There was a layer of dust on the phone when I went to phone reception to tell them that we couldn't get into the safe, receptionist told us someone would be up to sort both the safe and dust, no one came which ment we had to...

Stayed here for one night because it was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight and a hire car to return. On arrival there was a large wedding reception in full swing and these are probably the two main sources of custom to the Waterfoot. I cannot really see another occasion I would want to stay...

I stayed at this hotel with my Mother in August 2014 for one night. We found the location to be perfect as we had a car, and the hotel offered free parking. The hotel offered a free one way taxi into the city which was very good, and the taxi back cost only £5. The staff in the hotel were...

We held our wedding reception here on Saturday, 9th August 2014. Having booked the wedding 2 years previous to this, we had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren from day one. Lauren is an absolute asset to the hotel, she is calm and professional, and exceedingly patient when dealing with a bridezilla with 20000 questions and as many changes of...

A great venue on the outskirts of the city, with good food and friendly staff. The hotel will give you a free taxi voucher for one journey into or out of the city centre, but you have to ask for it. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was trouble free.

Family meal with two young kids. Wife got chill pita pocket which was very hot and soggy. Overall bill 47 quid. Average quality grub in a lovely restaurant which is bright and modern. Staff very good and speed of service was spot on. There are cheaper places in Derry but wouldn't rule out another visit.

My husband and I stayed here along with the mum and nan (both pensioners) for a few days at the end of July. Check-in was smooth and efficient, they had taken note of a disability suitable room request and had booked are rooms fairly close together. The only annoyance is that they take an £80 pre-authorised amount in case you...

Stayed with a school group. Seems like there is a disconnect between the restaurant and the rest of the hotel. Restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner and very interesting ascetically, as was the lobby. Rooms, by comparison, were dated and dingy, but not awful. Window didn't open much and did nothing to relieve the heat in the room....

We stayed at this dump for two nights with our tour group. This is the worst place I have ever been. It has one floor and all rooms are surrounded by their wedding reception venue area. They don't stop until after 1:00 am and the staff could care less how it affects their guests. The showers spray you with hot...

Stayed here during the clipper week in derry. Seemed a bit dated on arrival but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked into reception, nice clean modern decor. The receptionist was very efficient on checkin. She was very helpful when we decided to take a local tour of the city. Bedroom was slightly dated but was very clean and had...
