Very nice room and a wonderful host who was more than happy to give us hints about the area. Breakfast was wonderful (especially the bread) and we enjoyed our stay very much. Derry is a fascinating place to visit and Phoenix was close enough to walk to the center of the city easily.

This is such a lovely homely B &B. Pat was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Lovely clean rooms. On street parking. Very close to the city centre. To top it all a lovely freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend this place. Reasonable too.

I recently spent 4 days at Phoenix B&B and was very happy there. Pat was an excellent host, and served a wonderful breakfast every morning. Parking on the street outside was readily available. My room was comfortable and clean. Within easy access to the heart of Derry, I was able to walk to most of what I wanted to visit.... More

The host was so friendly and warm, delicious breakfast. The place is in the center of londonderry, literally 2 minutes away from the main historical attractions, our room was last floor with a nice view toward londonderry. I also loved the environment of the place, you feel home. I highly recomend the place.

Pat was very welcoming and even mapped out some sights to see on our way to Galway. Very quiet and clean B&B, with comfortable bed! Great breakfast too! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

This is a lovely, small B&B and is well located in the centre of the city. The street it is on is quiet, and the rooms are clean and warm. They also provide a lovely full Irish breakfast in the morning at a time to suit you. I would definitely recommend here if you are just staying in the city... More

Pat is a very welcoming host - after you meet him you'll understand why his reviews are so good. This B&B offers good value for money when compared to similarly priced accommodation. The Phoenix is position a 5 minute walk to the city walls and about 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. There is street parking near the b&b.... More

Arrived at 6 to find no one at home. Had no phone with us so had to borrow a phone from a lady on the street. Room was so small, only room for a bed. Bath down the steps and down the hall. Bed very soft and uncomfortable. Pipes in the wall noisy and you could hear people walking in... More

Hi Susan , thank you for your review. The person who lent you the phone was very kind. The room is small and contains a double bed and Dressing table with a facility to hang clothes etc. It is advertised as Double room with Private Bathroom and for this reason is our least expensive room. All our beds have memory... More

Clean and tidy. Nicely presented. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and service. Staff very helpful with directions and recommendations of where to eat and what to see. Beautiful city would love to go back again for a longer trip as our time here was very short. It all its a well located, friendly, clean B&B.
