Lovely clean pleasant hotel, facilities are all you could need, ample free parking, free wifi and nice big rooms and bathroom. The reception staff were really friendly and the restaurant has a decent menu, great food and really attentive and helpful staff. Just wish I needed to come more often!

Stayed here with a group of friends. Room clean & presentable, modern enough also. Bed not overly comfortable and room very stuffy. Breakfast the next morning was a shambles. Noticed a couple of tables waiting ages like us for their breakfast order. One man had been forgotten about. We had ordered tea and toast which didn't come until another waitress...

I booked 8 members of my family at the Silverbirch Hotel for 5 nights. Ideally located for the places we visited such as the Marble Arch Caves, a cruise on Lough Erne, the Giant's Causeway,Carrick-a-Rede Bridge, Derry and even Belfast was within easy reach. The hotel was welcoming, clean and bedrooms comfortable apart for having to have the heating turned...

The hotel is on the outskirts of Omagh. Our standard room was comfortable and warm. Our steak meal in the bar was excellent - very good quality ingredients and well cooked. Breakfast was also good but the layout of the tables made poor use of the space in the restaurant. Staff were business like and a little over formal..

Staff are really nice - couldnt have been more helpful and very friendly. Food is lovely. Rooms are very spacious and have everything you need although the hairdryers arent great. Very clean hotel. Bedroom was a bit too warm - hard to get to sleep.

Big hotel with conference facilities etc. The restaurant and bar was a big open space with lots of tables. It would not hurt to make it more cosy. The bedrooms had a good size but the bed was too soft and it was a bit noisy. I had to sleep with earplugs... But I did get fruit tea for breakfast,...

This was our first stay at the Silverbirch so we really didnt know what to expect but I must say my fiancee and I had a ball. Staff were friendly, beds were comfy and food was great, would recommend the Roast Beef and if your into cocktails they make a mean Cosmopolitan, we will definately be returning.

We recently had a one night stay at this lovely hotel. The room was a good size and the beds were really comfortable. A good selection of cooked and uncooked food was well presented and the service was fast and friendly. What more could you ask for? Well maybe we are being a tad too picky but we would have...
