Mullaghmore House is an enigma and difficult to define as a B and B. A a piece of local history and architecture is wonderful. The owner,Mr Kelly is a marvelous story teller and his love of the property is clear. Regretably his cooking is just about acceptable. Our room the Nannery over the front door, had a small double and... More

Was looking for a cheap place to stay online and I found this place. When I arrived the outside didn't look much until the door was opened by a smilling old man and I immediately felt at home. Mr kelly took me around and it was as if time had suddenly been reversed and I was in the 17th century.... More

There are not many places like Mullaghmore. Walking in, you feel like you've entered a living museum. Parts of the house are hundreds of years old, which the furnishings and decor accentuate. Louis Kelly is a most interesting host, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom and library are not to be missed. Easily among the most authentic and colorful... More

We were not impressed by this B and B. We arrived early to work to be told they were in between internet providers, so no internet. Incidently, we were told this after we had checked in and unpacked! The TV had one working channel. The bed was low and slopped. One of my big issues NO proction covers on the... More

Fantastic Guesthouse & As Quirky & Cool as you can imagine. This hidden Gem really is an unexpected treasure. Really enjoyed our stay here. Keith, Sharon & young Louis looked after us with spectacular hospitality. From the Superb breakfast in the mornings to the Brandy soaked tales in the Library Bar by night, this place is so amazing & peaceful...... More

Stayed one night, terrible place. Took 20 minutes for owner to answer the doorbell, when he did was dressed in a rather short dressing gown (he had just got out of bed at 4.30pm) on a Sunday afternoon. The photos on the website do not reflect the condition of the house, rather dirty and tatty. Showers did not work well.... More

What a lovely place - something really different to your ordinary hotel. The owner Mr Kelly was a very interesting gentleman. Would not hesitate to recommend the establishment to anyone. The four poster bed was lovely and comfortable. There was a great selection for the breakfast. I felt like a Queen sitting at the lovely big table. Fabulous antiques around... More

If could give no stars it would still be too many. Had made overnight booking and arrived to book in around 7pm. No staff available in hall or reception area. After ringing doorbell no-one showed up. Walked around the b&b yard and garden centre but could still not find any staff. Had to leave and make another booking in omagh... More
