I stayed recently in the hotel while visiting a friend in Aberdeen. The room was very clean, with modern decor and a big bathroom with walk in shower. Tea band coffee making facilities are available in the room with a well stocked biscuit jar so you can help yourself. Reception staff were most helpful letting me check in early and making...

We were a group consisting of 3 generations and we were all most impressed! Good menu choice with something to suit all of us. For starters, anything from pate to duck egg were very tasty and good portion sizes. Mains chosen varied between ribeye steak to fish and chips, again all very well cooked and presented and enjoyed by all....

8 of us attended last night for the Hacked to Death Murder Mystery Dinner held @ The Palm Court & put on by Blitz Entertainment & it was absolutely fantastic. Staff called us through from the bar & took our jackets before being into a lovely laid out room in the Hudson Lounge which had a bar & toilets so...

Stayed here for one night and loved the friendliness of this small hotel. The rooms are quite compact, but very comfortable and have everything you need....including a lovely supply of teas/coffee/hot chocolate/bottled water and an abundance of tasty biscuits! There is a mini bar in the room too should you fancy using it. Breakfast was very nice and the staff...

My husband, a friend and myself went for a meal in the restaurant. We were given a table at the window. I put my new coat over the back of the chair and when we left, I noticed that the heat from the radiator had burned a hole in the back of my coat. I spoke to reception about it,...

I live locally so have made use of the bar a number of times but this year my boss decided to book our Christmas meal there also. Some of the fittings in the bar are run down but it's a nice enough place to spend the evenings. There were a couple of issues with the Christmas booking but they got...

My room was warm, clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious. The mini bar was well stocked. Wardrobe space ample. Forgot my toothbrush so as...

Being upgraded during our stay. Rooms evidently due to be done soon. Staff very friendly. Room perfectly acceptable. Beds low to the floor which can be a bit odd. Rooms can be quite warm. Traffic noise a little bit of an issue but nothing major. Hair drier great ! Complementary sparkling and still water in the room. Restaurant very nice....
