Stayed at Norwood Hotel on Valentines Day as had Honeymoon there 40 years ago. Mixture of historic older part with newer wings attached. All to high level of decoration. Room was large with view overlooking River Dee but limited view due to trees. Food was excellent with many different flavours on option. Got this deal through Itison and well worth...

We were lucky enough to be given a wonderful engagement present of vouchers for a Macdonald stay of our choice. With this being a special occasion we booked the feature suite. Driving into the hotel is stunning and looks gorgeous lit up at night. The decor inside is traditional/vintage and again we were taken aback at how beautiful the place...

Me and my future wife visited hotel in September 2016, fall in love with this place, visited ever since on several times and In January 2017 got married here. Simple as that. The place has a rich history and current owner keeps it all in old facelift. Once you enter hall, library or one of few bars/restaurants the history breaths...

My wife and I were treated by a friend to dinner at the Norwood Hall restaurant on my birthday in January. We were greeted and looked after by friendly staff who were attentive but discreet. The food chosen from the a-la-carte menu was outstanding- from starter to dessert. I even received complimentary chocolates on a nicely "Happy Birthday " decorated...

My partner and me, often have a spur of the moment weekend away, and we chose this hotel this time, as we've both never been, and delighted we were with our choice. We stayed Friday night and Saturday, on a bed and breakfast deal, with a double room. Our usual rooms we've stayed in, we have had far better, but...

What can I say. This staff are wonderful at this hotel, especially Julie, Rachael wedding department and Aimee in the functions department. If it wasn't for Julie I would not have chose Norwood for my wedding. We had an absolutely fantastic time. Everything was perfect and as it should be. We have had nothing but compliments from our guests on...

Lovely old hotel, comfortable beds, nice, spacious, shower with plenty of hot water, excellent food and wonderful staff. I highly recommend it. The hotel is set back from the road in private grounds which are simply lovely and well worth a wander through.

we had afternoon tea at the hotel (did not stay overnight). the large wood paneled room was nice but the prices were quite shocking. tea pounds for a "cream tea" which is a scone, pancake and biscuits but there is no "tea" included in the "cream tea" and tea/coffee was in addition to the ten pounds! So the bill was...

What a great time we had at the Norwood Hall event to bring in the new year. We travelled up from Glasgow trusting in the good Tripadvisor reviews given to the hotel and the weekend exceeded our expectations. The first surprise was the lovely sherry that we could help ourselves to at the reception on checking in. It seemed a...
