I really appreciated the landlady, she is so welcoming! And the garden in front of the house is lovely. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean; and the breakfast offers a great variety of things, even though it's free. I definitely recommand this nice little place

We were only in Aberdeen for one night but if I visit again this would be my first choice. The b&b itself is very central, but down a quiet backstreet so you can get a good night's sleep. The house is lovely and well looked after and everything is very clean and tidy. The room was a good size and spotless. The breakfast in the morning is hearty and there is plenty of choice. However what really makes this b&b is the landlady Frances, she is very kind and welcoming and goes out of her way for her guests - I left my charger in the room and she posted it back without us even having to ask....not sure too many people would do that! Would not hesitate to recommend this b&b to anyone looking to stay somewhere clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Lovely home, very cozy, owner very friendly and lovely. My girlfriend and I had a very lovely time here. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room made a very sweet detail. Extremely clean. Traditional breakfast is extremely good. When I return, I will most definitely stay here again. I will recommend family and friends of this home. 5/5.

Roselea is in a good location, an easy walk from the action on Union Street. The owner is super nice and helpful: she not only arranged our early taxi to the airport, but let us use the breakfast room before it was officially open. The rooms are very nice -- clean and comfortable (good beds). The friendly dog, a Skye terrier, adds to the "home away from home" feel of Roselea.

This is a very nice B&B with good beds and nice breakfast. The price is very competetive if you can accept shared bathroom. Easy to find, but a bit tricky to find parking. Walking distance to city center.

On a trip in February 2017 I stayed in this lovely little guest house and was pleasantly surprised. The lady who owns the building was so friendly and helpful (with my heavy suitcase she kindly helped me lift it down the steps on my departure). The rooms were lovely and clean, with free wifi and tea coffee making facilities (plus chocolate cookies). Also, in my room was a sink with the nicest soap I have ever used, ideal for a quick freshen up. In the morning I was served a lovely Scottish breakfast and it was cooked perfectly. The cost of staying here was very cheap. I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I am in Aberdeen.

Due to work commitments I am often in Aberdeen, it was a colleague who had suggested staying here. I have now been several times and cannot fault Roselea House in the slightest. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean. There is so much to choose from at breakfast time and the full cooked breakfast is amazing!! Frances has gone above and beyond every time that I have stayed and has made each stay at Roselea House feel like a second home. The rates are very very good for what you get and you are very close to union square!

I can only echo the other positive reviews here, as Roselea is a most wonderful home away from home. The location, comfortable rooms, amenities, fair rate and great breakfast make a stay here very worthwhile. Frances, the owner and proprietor, is a gem. I was so happy to return here each evening after all-day sightseeing and I look forward to a return visit.

My stay at Roselea House was wonderful. As I entered the garden I was greeted by a path of gorgeous rose bushes in full bloom. My room was just as welcoming. It was lovely with beautiful decor, a very comfy bed, a delicious hospitality tray and even a bowl of sweets for the tired tourist after a day trudging about. I shared a bathroom but what a bathroom! it was enormous and included a huge corner bath -spa? - and, since I only shared with another room or 2, I never had to wait. We were very handy to town, transport and everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and my hostess (and her dog, Hamish) was very friendly and helpful. A great stay.
