We had booked three rooms for members of our family, one was supposed to be an accessible room because we had a person with a wheelchair. I assumed that this meant a wet room but was surprised to see a bath. When I talked to the person in reception,he was sympathetic and telephoned the other Premiers in the area. They...

I am a premier inn fan , but this hotel really lets the brand down. I was there on business so hotel was booked for me. The rooms and bathrooms and corridors are very shabby and not clean enough. The WiFi was hopeless in the evening, although slightly better in the early morning. The cost for bed only was £90.00,...

Hi Fran, Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. It's such a shame your stay fell below your usual standard with Premier Inn, especially as you're such a fan. All areas of the hotel and your room should be thoroughly serviced daily to make sure everything's up to standard so I'm sorry you found the level of cleanliness...

Stayed for a night on our way north and found the room clean and comfortable but very warm (24C) so we reset the thermostat with almost no effect (23.5C) after 2 hours. Then later when we went to bed we had to close the window owing to noises from the nearby car park. Then at about 1030 a family with...

Hi Peter, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am glad you found our hotel to be so clean and comfortable. I am sorry that you found the room to be so hot. We do try our hardest to keep our rooms cool during the summer months. The thermostats in the room are only for using...

Stayed for 4 nights in March. The place is quiet and clean. Rooms are a good size with comfy king size beds. The staff were polite and friendly. Plenty of parking available. The only downside was the restaurant next door. Would definitely stay there again.

Help full staff but the hotel requires a upgrade asap. Checked in very quickly and the staff were very friendly and help full. Considering I stop in Premier Inn hotel up and down the country and I do know they are getting upgraded but you need to come here first. The shower was old and if you move the shower...

We used this hotel to visit relatives in Aberdeen and were very happy with our stay. The bed was so comfortable that we are considering purchasing one of the mattresses (Hypnos). The location of the hotel is situated next to a Toby Inn where one can have a breakfast (eat as much as you like), but I would not recommend...

Myself and a few others stayed here as we were attending a gymnastics competition. It's relatively close to the city centre which suited us perfectly. We had a warm welcome at reception & check in was really simple. The room was very spacious even with the king size bed & 2 single beds. It was well maintained and very clean....

First time in Premier Inn. Really pleased with quality of experience. Staff at reception very helpful and room comfortable and clean. No catering facilities on site but immediately next door a restaurant and bar operated by another company

A lovely peaceful place to chill out in after spending the days at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary while my mum was recovering from a serious op. Staff were all smiling & attentive, bed was comfy, nice to have a bath option, not just a shower. Clean & relaxing.

Just back after a Saturday night stay at this Premier Inn. Staff were very friendly, entrance area and rooms very clean, beds very comfortable. Picked this hotel as next door to Indoor Bowling Club which was the reason we were in Aberdeen. Well done to management for choice of staff they certainly were exceptionally helpful.
