We had a fantastic meal for my sons birthday. The staff were excellent setting up baloons for me and bringing out my sons cake after the meal. They catered for both gluten free and vegan and were very helpful in this area. Nothinh is a bother here. Food as always was lovely. A firm family favourite.

I stayed in a double room as the single's were already booked out. Excellent staff, very welcoming and I could even store my backpack because I arrived early. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. They have a great restaurant downstairs with a varied menu and delicious food!

Stayed here for one night working locally. Staff welcome very good, welcoming and efficient. Rooms are adequate with all required for a comfortable stay, only down side is room 6, which I had, seems to be right over the kitchen extract fan which turns off after 21:30 and kicks back in at 06:30, other than that a good stay, breakfast...

I stay in a lot of hotels in Scotland owing to business and this is one of the nicest for the money. It was a delightful surprise when I walked into the room - really clean, very comfortable and a well stocked welcome pack. The staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I really can't fault it and would definitely...

The Townhouse(correct spelling) Hotel is like the Tardis. Looks pretty small outside but the property goes a long way back from the High Street and actually has 11 bedrooms, a very large bar/restaurant area and an impressive homely aura inside. We were told that it was a furniture shop in a previous incarnation and certainly has the impressive size to...

We recently had lunch with friends at The Town House. The food and service was excellent. The menu had a varied selection of meals to suit all tastes. Reduced size portions are also available. Their speciality cheesecake is out of this world. We are looking forward to a return visit very soon.
