We arrived around 7.30 only to be advised that if we wanted any dinner they might be able to fit us in later on or we could eat in our rooms if we preferred. With having a one year old with us we went for the bedroom option and the food was delivered in good time and was very tasty....

Stayed here for two nights. Rooms ok, if a little old fashioned in their decor, and of a good size. Breakfast not too bad, decent buffet and cooked options. Coffee certainly not brewed as advertised. Most disappointing was the welcome, or lack of, from who I assume was the owner. You travel a long way to get to Campbeltown, and...

Arrived at 5.30pm after the lady at reception presumed I would be staying for dinner in the hotel, just to be told they were fully booked for dinner but I could get a table if I ate there and then. I then advised that due to circumstances out with my control I would only be staying one night and not...

Lovely hotel with superb views across the loch. We had the four-poster room which was magnificient. Comfortable, well appointed with sofas and armchair, with those lovely views from one's bed. Lori the hostess very kindly found our alarm clock and sent it on to us, with no hassle. Very kind.

Stayed here for just the one night. Made to feel welcome. A hotel with an interesting history. The breakfast selection is outstanding - I would struggle to think of anything that they don't provide. The only slight negative is that the room (comfortable as it was) did smell slightly damp, hence not awarding 5 stars.

What a lovely place the Craigard Hotel is. Just driving along and looking up to it, it's impressive. We were in room 7 which I think was called Sanda. Beautiful big double room, large bay window looking out over the loch. I loved the bathroom which had a huge bath and a great separate shower cubicle. The owners are really...

Spent two nights in the hotel whilst exploring family ancestry. The room we stayed in was a good size and had a large bathroom. The owners and staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The evening dinner was superb and although the menu was generally fish and seafood based there were lots of other excellent...

The food at this hotel is superb!! I tried the loch fyne scallops for starter and halibut for a main. Sensational! The breakfast was first class also. Book in advance as rooms go very quickly. I had the last room which was a single. The room was a little small for my liking and the bathroom fan was a bit...
