Very friendly family. Tracy and Bruce made us feel at home. The lovely Victorian room was spacious. The meal great wholesome cooking and the terrific Scottish breakfast. Would highly recommend a stay there.

After having spent four weeks of a beautiful holiday in England and Scotland and residing in nice B&Bs and comfortable hotels, we experienced a real nightmare at DELLWOOD HOTEL in Campletown. Touching the glass door of the dirty shower, it fell off immediately and it shattered into pieces. We left the hotel without getting any document in which the damage...

I'm sure all the people who've left good reviews of this hotel have had a proper room to stay in, but unfortunately we were not so lucky. Our little group of four people and a dog were given rooms that would not by any standards qualify anything else than disgusting. If we'd had any other choice (we arrived late in...

We had a warm welcome and a comfortable overnight stay at this small family run hotel/B&B. Maybe labelling the double bedroom as the "honeymoon suite" raised our expectations a bit higher than necessary, but it was perfectly pleasant and we both slept really well. High point was Tracey "popping down" to the fish shop to get us the best kippers...

We stayed 2 nights while touring on a motorbike. The owners are really bubbly and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. It had a good shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very nice: fruit, cereals, juice, tea/coffee and a choice of cooked options. The owner was very helpful and phoned to book a table for...

I stayed here for one night while on business. I couldn't have been made more welcome. My room was clean and well decorated (including the bathroom) as was the hotel generally. As a B&B there is no evening restaurant and finding decent places to eat in Campbeltown can be something of a challenge. My breakfast was good well and I...

Recently stayed one night at the Dellwood. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner and the breakfast was fine. We were very disappointed with our room not only had we booked a double room, to find we we arrived we had twin beds, but we were also at the top of the house. It was obviously not...

Stayed here for one night with a group of friends. Comfortable and welcoming hotel. Owner did everything to make us feel at home and went above and beyond to help our group out with setting up for a local flower arranging competition. Highly recommended.
