Very comfortable room with generous bathroom and fantastic views over Loch Fyne. The owners are very friendly and serve an exquisit breakfast with many different choices. Just one word of warning - don't take the host's recommendations for restaurants too seriously. The ones he recommended were real disappointments, however the ones he said were not so good turned out to...

Heading to the Islay Ferry at Kennacraig, this proved an excellent place to stop, leaving an easy run to the terminal the following morning. The view over Loch Fyne had me hanging out the window with my camera both evening and morning. The proprietors are friendly and helpful, the accommodation is good and the breakfast was an excellent start to...

To which you might become accustomed! An imposing ‘country-manse-like’ stone building, setback from the road that winds down one side of Loch Fyne is approached by a short, gravelled drive; the welcome by host Howard was equally impressive – he is an accomplished raconteur and freely bestows his knowledge of the locality and points-of-interest in the West of Scotland to...

The service was excellent - every detail considered and the owners, Howard and Susan were most helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with stunning views over Loch Fyne to the mountains. Breakfast was a feast, meticulously prepared. Overall a great place to stay.

Rudha na Craig is a fantastic place to stay, very comfortable, great welcome. Howard's local knowledge was amazing and he directed us to some hidden gems. Tasty breakfast especially the porridge! Inverary is a pretty place with wonderful views and great places to eat. Thanks for a relaxing break.

During three weeks travelling around Scotland, this was the best property I stayed at. The home is rather grand, the room I was given (an upgrade in what I had paid for) was excellent: spacious, bright, modern, and with a large well-appointed bathroom. There is a large guest lounge downstairs with a variety of DVDs etc. to keep you entertained....

Rudha-Na-Craige was by far the best B&B in our two week visit to Scotland. We regret that we did not find it sooner so we could have stayed longer! Our trip was "plan as you go"; but had we known about Rudha-Na-Craige it would have been a destination for a longer stay. Everything was elegant, comfortable, warm, and welcoming. The...

Greeted in the driveway by our host Howard who helped us in with our luggage.Elegant old house and big entrance hall with sweeping red carpeted stairs faced us upon entry and the smell of bread baking. After a brief orientation tour and informative chat Howard again helped with luggage and showed us to our room (which he upgraded). It was luxurious but...

Spent one night at the Rudha-na-Craige. Booked the place after reading glowing reviews. Have to admit I was a little skeptical, but I have to say it surpassed my expectations! Wish we had stayed at least two nights. Right on the water. Charming, very well maintained by extremely friendly and helpful hosts.Rooms were spotless. Hot breakfast was made to order....
