    I was stranded in the pouring rain in OBAN......and Terence was a blessing. I like the kitchen in this hostel very much. However, what made this hostel special was meeting Terence's dogs and Jeremy dog also.....(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russkiy_Toy) Lovely men....

    The only good aspect about this place is the price, 17 pounds per person in a double room. The hostel and the installations are very old, the kitchen is very dirty and the room's carpet needs a cleanliness! The bathrooms are old but clean and...More

    We couldn't have hoped for a better Oban weekend experience and it was largely down to the warm, down to earth welcome we got from Jeremy and Terrence at the hostel. It's small, unique and filled with interesting reading, pictures and fresh cut flowers everywhere....More

    Great place, kind of a community feel, friendly fellow to welcome us and a good kitchen with home made jams etc. Older place but decent value for 18£ when everywhere else was completely book. Central location. I recommend.
