Hugh and Wendy are delightful hosts. They went out of their way to make our group feel welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights. I stayed in the single room with a small ensuite bathroom, my companions were in a ground floor double with ensuite. The single room was tiny, but had everything I needed. Hugh...

We have stayed in Oban four times, the last three at the Glenroy. They have amle off-street parking, a short walk or drive to the ferry terminal. It's a short walk to the downtown area where there are numerous pubs and restaurants, and the Oban Distillery. The McCary Tower is also a short walk away. A full Scottish breakfast is...

Wendy and Hugh are delightful hosts. Their place is very nice with ensuite bathrooms, great full breakfasts and a convenient location to the heart of the city (though a big hill!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

After travelling for 8 hours it was a pleasure to be greeted by a such a warm and welcoming host. Check in was very efficient and we were led to our room within a matter of minutes to settle in for the night. Two of us stayed in one of the attic rooms and whilst it was a tight squeeze...

This B&B is wonderfully situated between the low pars of the city and McCaig's Tower, maybe 3/4 of the distance up. The view from the house over Oban and the sea is amazing. The B&B has its own (free) generous parking space with is a rare commodity in this part of the village. One can pay with credit card for...

We were happy to find this very clean and comfortable B&B. Breakfast was great, and hosts were very nice. They were very busy and efficient, I wish they would have had time to be a little more relaxed and personal. Wendy made us a very nice early morning breakfast, which she left for us in a cold box, as we...

Wendy and Hugh were exceptional hosts. When we mentioned we would not be at breakfast the next morning due to an early start to Staffa & Iona - they volunteered to fix us a breakfast to go, asked what we would like, and had everything ready the next morning when we left. Our room was downstairs and tiny - but...

We were lucky to be able to stay in this lovely bed and breakfast from Wendy and Hugh. Both gave us a really warm welcome and made us feel at home. Everytime one told them about the plans for the day, they gave additional information what might be worth a visit and supplied us with maps as good as they...

After travelling some distance to the B&B, we received a warm welcome. Having stayed in 3 hotels in the last 3 nights this was by far the warmest welcome and we were shown to our rooms, something the others did not.... The bed was "just like home" better than places where we paid more for..... And the breakfast is lovely,...

A wonderful Guest House. The room was large, light and airy, the bed was really comfortable, slept like a log and the decor was clean and modern. Breakfast very good especially the freshly baked bread! Thank you to Wendy and Hugh for a first class service.
