The hotel was very good, excellent service from all staff. Meals and service during the evening was excellent. The rooms need better heating system. Enjoyable entertainment in the evening. Leisure facilities were good for a 3 star hotel.
Super hotel to stay Rooms are excellent spotless an all staff are friendly make you feel very welcome. The food is excellent an pkenty choice. Top marks for a great pkace. It is just like one big family. Dumfries is a great place to explore.

Reivers Restaurant has a menu on line off the hotel web site, but I found the food at the nearby Swan Inn at Kingholm Quay very good - few minutes by car or very possible walk.
Hope the late reply is still of use.
