Very clean. Good overall service. Traditional breakfast for Scotland. Close to airport and easy to get to the center of Edinburgh (Bus 26 - every 10 minutes). Everything worked very well and we had simply no problems for the three nights we spent there (20-23 April 2017).

Stayed here for two night's friendly helpful staff, rooms a good size and comfortable, a fair bit out of town but there's a excellent bus service just around the corner which takes you directly into the city be sure to have to correct change as the bus doesn't give change Hopefully be back at this hotel again soon

Staff were great, very helpful and attentive. The facility itself is a little like a maze depending on where your room is located. Exercise room is great. The included breakfasts were good but the real surprise were the dinners. We hadn't planned on eating there but after the first nights meal we went back again and again!

The receptionist was really nice and helpful. You have free parking. The Hotel isn't central, although the name suggests it is. You can get a bus( number 26) to go the city( prince street) and it takes around 25-30 minutes, but it's quite cheap and they have space for buggies. The room is big enough for two people but it's...

Reception staff were very helpful as was the barman and duty managers also, however the restaurant staff were of mixed personality with a couple of girls lacking in people skills and politeness and although this maybe down to their limited british vocabulary it still left a bad taste for us. I had booked a cosy table by the window but...

Pros Nice hotel, large room on 2nd floor with huge bed and single bed for child. Pool was nice with complementary towels. Good location, we drove to the park & ride near airport and got the tram in to Edinburgh, £8 for 3 of us so same as the bus but more frequent. Didn't eat in hotel but had drinks...

Overall pleasant Birthday weekend stay. Food good, most of the staff were helpful, polite and smiled but did encounter on our first night one of the waitresses to be a little brash. Our room was good, bed huge and very comfy. Down side was the noise we could hear outside our window each night from the Wedding Parties and the...

Got treated for a 3 night break to Edinburgh, partner (now fiancé) had arranged with hotel for the perfect birthday/surprise engagement weekend. Staff at the hotel could not do enough, they went above and beyond to fulfill the requests from my other half. Amazing food, great breakfasts, fantastic room. Definitely would recommend and would definitely return. Thank you all.
