We spent 2 nights at the hotel last week on a short break in Edinburgh, this was a gift for my wife's birthday. We had the 2 nights with taster menu and champagne. When we arrived the hotel was lovely our room was spotless and amazingly decorated, the bathroom was especially nice with the 2 showers ( room 3). On...

We were gifted a monetary voucher for a wedding present last May for this hotel and No 11 is a great locsation for exploring the heart of Edinburgh. I wouldn't choose to stay if I had a younger family as it has a very 'grown up' feel to it and it's slightly 'austere' dining room, painted black with high ceiling...

Stayed here for one night and first impressions were good took out luggage and took it into our room . The room was amazing , good size , good bathroom, robs etc. But in our room (room 2) there was a flickering light, the hot tap for the bath came off, was hard to stop water. The iPod / CD...

Stayed here for 2 nights for my partners 30th. Overall this is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel does however require a little TLC in places. Unfortunately our room was under the restaurant therefore there was lots of noise in the morning. We stayed bed and breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast both mornings, nothing was too...

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The team at No 11 were particularly grateful that you gave them a positive mention. However a reminder needs to go out to staff that we do not walk around the restaurant until 8am to ensure that the guests below get a good night sleep. Thank you for bringing this...

Spent two glorious nights in the Georgian Suite and didn't want to leave. The hotel is truly lovely and in such a brilliant location for all the sites of Edinburgh. Our suite was just perfect and made our visit that little bit more special. Breakfast was superb and had everything anyone could ever want. All the team were just so...

We stayed in a double room for 3 nights, with dinner included in the Groupon deal for 1 night. The dinner was well cooked and the service was good. The room was too small really, in size its more like a single room with a 'double' bed in it, although they do make it clear on the website that it's...

We had a lovely short break in this very quiet tucked away hotel. We had to upgrade to a mini suite as that was all that was available when we could go.The room was adequate and clean with plenty of storage and a good sized bathroom. There were shower gels, shampoo and body lotion for your use in the bathroom...
