Stayed overnight for theatre break. Excellent location. Room lovely with nice touches; mini bar, good toiletries . Hotel kindly left small platter to celebrate my birthday. Nice breakfast. Ease of travel to airport also with tram and bus outside

Unsure about the fitness suite but parking is heavily discounted for hotel guests at the Omni Centre QPark car park - take the parking token to the hotel and they'll validate it for you. Cost us £5 for almost 24 hours.

Yes they did give me a map, which was easy to follow. It's also a friendly city to walk and almost all the sights are within walking distance of each other.
