Yes, their concierge is extremely friendly and helpful ... not sure about the lounge but I am pretty sure they do have.
They do have a lounge at the reception, and always busy.. I do recommend for a drink there:)

No idea what a concierge lounge is.
You can leave your luggage there temporarily, ask advice, get bookings for places.
There is a small lobby. Sorry, best I can do
