No, it's not the nicest place you can stay, but for the price and proximity to the city you won't find a better location. Not to mention Chris at the front desk is a rock star, kindest hotel staff I've ever met.

I stayed here for to nights while my dad was in hospital. close to the Cameron toll and McDonald's :D I stayed in a double room which was very clean and the beds were super comfy. I looked over the car park it was very chilled and super relaxing. The receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful I will be...

Close to Cameron Toll, ideal for supermarket, a selection of shops and many buses into Edinburgh by2 0 minute bus ride, this hotel promises but the inconsistent standard of its rooms lets it down. Discoloured grouting in the shower, poor water pressure in shower and taps that seemed only to deliver hot water were some of the issues. I hope...

Was here for a weekend with a group of lads...we weren't looking for 5star acomadation so this did for what we needed...a place to put the head at night. No bar open which was poor but probably worked out better as it was the city we came to see. Its about 40mins walk into town but plenty of buses to...

The best thing about this place was the professional, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff member, Tina, at reception. She was brilliant despite clearly having a lot to do. Staff like that should be valued and given opportunities to develop their skills.

My husband and I spent four nights at the Northumberland hotel. The owner, Jay was welcoming and over the weekend Tina the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The bedrooms were clean, well serviced and super comfy. I would definitely go back!

Looks nice enough from the outside with a spacious clean car park, with a few nice cars in it so we thought oh yes, we could hear somebody screaming down the phone to what clearly was a female judging by the profanities coming from his mouth, he was the most unpleasant manager iv ever had to deal with, he was...

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel for two nights . It's not very pleasant, dirty , dated , and never really anyone around . We were woken up at 3:30 am with a few men shouting and banging on doors trying to find one of their friends which went on for 1hr and 30 mins on and off...
