Windmill House is elegant and beautiful, set in pretty, tranquil grounds just a few minutes walk from the main road into the city centre, only 5-10 minutes away by bus/taxi. You could easily feel you were in the middle of the countryside once there though....More

Quite hard to find so make sure you have good directions. If arriving late, try not to disturb the feeding badgers! Ample free parking. Hard to think your only a mile from the centre with the badgers and other wildlife. Lovely Georgian house. Our room...More

We have stayed here several times. Previously B and B cost £55. They now add £15 to cover breakfast. ( carton orange juice! ) As such £70 is too expensive. Numerous other better value accommodations are available. I doubt if we will return.
