Craigmoss Bed and Breakfast was lovely and the hosts were so welcoming and helpful. The bedrooms are well furnished and private and quiet and very clean. Breakfast was a delight! It has easy bus access for Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. We hope to stay at Craigmoss every time we visit Edinburgh! 3 Happy Canadian Gals

My wife and I stayed two very pleasant weeks in Edinburgh at Craigmoss. Isabelle and Harry were very accommodating and gracious hosts. We stayed in 3 different rooms in three 3-5 day segments, interspersed with travel to the continent. We were sticking to a budget, so these rooms were their lower-priced rooms on the third floor. They were all very...

The Guest House was wonderful and a great respite from a long day in the city. The hosts were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was superb, with an option of 6 breakfasts. However, I ate the Craigmoss Special every morning. The location is great, just a quick bus trip to Prince's Street on the 22 or the 11 bus route.

Despite arriving late in the evening, we were pleased to be welcomed by the man of the house and briefed on the Guest House regulations. The room seemed a bit crammed with furniture at first but, once we found a way to get organised, all these drawers proved very handy. The high ceiling and the mouldings give some character to...

While I can't comment on the actual experience of staying there, the manner to which I was attended while booking was very unsatisfactory. After having arranged booking a room at a previously-agreed upon rate AND having provided my credit card information to hold the unit, I was dismayed to receive an email from 'Isabelle' saying that I had not been...

I am sorry that this booking had to be cancelled and the customer inconveienced. While we were on holiday we returned to find an error had been made. There had been a double booking. The responsible thing to do was to alert the customer to the error. The booking was some months away and there was plenty of time to...

My mum and I stayed at Craigmoss Edinburgh whilst on a shopping weekend. We found it very easy to find taking the Airlink bus from to airport and then number 11 bus from city centre to Pilrig street. We later discovered it was only a 15-20 minute walk from the shops etc. We also found it handy that there was...

The B&B is run by a very friendly and helpful couple who do a great breakfast in the mornings and maintain a very comfortable place to stay. The B&B is located in a pleasant area of the city about 15-20 min walk from the main shopping area or 5 min in a taxi. We'd definately stay here again on a...

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The guest house is close to Edinburgh and Leith. A bus stop is located just outside which we found very convenient. The family which runs the guest house are wonderful people and the breakfast is just amazing. I would not hesitate to recomend this guest house to anybody.
