The bathroom was clean and the welcome tray included homemade biscuits! Breakfast was made fresh each morning and nothing was too much...

The lady was adorable she knows all the guests by name and helped us with finding right tours and restaurants around. She is preparing the best breakfast every day for her guests and believe me she has...

Both Rowena and Tom are the perfect hosts. The location has convenient access to the center of Edinburgh and to the excellent restaurants in nearby suburban Leith. The accommodations are quiet and spotless. The breakfast is amazing and the knowledge and advice from both hosts is spot on. The Sheridan Guest House is a true diamond.

Next time we are in Edinburgh we will definitely be staying here again! Rowena is lovely nothing is too much trouble, I don't know where she gets the time to do everything she does, from the homemade cookies and preserves to the lovely garden and wonderful house, so much choice for breakfast and all locally sourced!
