Lovely comfortable accommodation & Judy is very welcoming and more than happy to assist with places to eat and how and where to catch the bus into the city. The rooms are quite large and nicely decorated. The bathroom was a bit smaller than we are used to but still had everything you needed. The breakfast was delicious and a...

We usually never go to B&B but this one is just great. It's a suite in a three storages old and beautiful Scotland house...just perfect to visit edinburgh. The owner are very professional and the breakfast is delicious.

A very convenient location and excellent room. Breakfast was very good and the the owner very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely go back. It is also on the main bus route and buses to the airport run approximately every 10 minutes and cost £4.50.

I travel a lot and tend to stay at the bigger hotels, however on this occasion Hotwire.com threw up this little offering at a very reasonable rate. It sits in the close vicinity of Murrayfield Stadium in a leafy residential street (moderately busy) and is only a short car/bus ride into the centre of the city. Being an older style...

I stayed here for 1 night in November whilst attending a Scotland rugby game at nearby Murrayfield. I stay in Edinburgh regularly for rugby and this is by far the best B&B I've stayed in. Clean, modern, quiet close to Murrayfield with easy bus links to the centre. Didn't see much of the owners but the breakfast was great too.

Usually book a city centre hotel if we are staying overnight in Edinburgh. Decided to book the Beverley as it was the nearest place to where we were having dinner. Lovely townhouse in Murrayfield with well appointed rooms. The owner met us when we arrived but apart from that we were free to come and go as we pleased, although...

Excellent hotel. Our room bathroom & bed were spacious & very comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous, good choice & well cooked. Parking was available close by. Transport into town was near & easy. We have rebooked for next August.

Nice B&B. The host recommended a nice place for dinner near the B&B so we didn't have to go all the way into the heart of Edinburgh. They contacted me via email to give me a code for the key incase they weren't home when we arrived. Very helpful! Breakfast was delicious!

Stayed here the last night before returning to the US. Check-in was quick, friendly and efficient. Judy was very helpful with advice for dinner as well as arranging for a taxi pickup bright and early next AM. Our rooms were both large and comfortable. There was coffee and tea service available. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean,...

This B&B is a quick bus ride to the city center. It is a lovely townhouse. If you are familiar with brownstones in NYC you will be blown away with this one. Delicious breakfast, no complaints. Warm and efficient host.
