Just back again from this excellent Premier Inn where were staying for another two nights. The location is favoured by us as it is on bus route to the City Centre. Just leave the car and choose from a number of buses which stop just outside. Journey time approx. 15 / 20 minutes right into the heart of Edinburgh. Staff...

Stopped here again over the weekend. It's been a while since my last visit and the ground floor has had a bit of a redesign which to be honest improves the lay out. You can now access reception straight from the car park unlike before which makes life much easier. Rooms still up to a high standard. We checked into...

Stayed here two nights with work. Rooms as what you expect and you have the usual Beef Eater menu. Was really disappointed with my meal the first night. And, to be honest, the staff. Never asked if meal was ok or any issues. Wasn't offered coffee or dessert. Bill was just thrown down in front of me. Woke up next...

No complaints at all about the hotel. Found it to be very quiet and perfectly placed for our trips into the City centre and beyond. The meals were good and the staff very friendly. The leaflet about the area and public transport given to us on check-in without us asking was a bonus.

A very good visit to this establishment. The service provided was generally very good however some of the serves were rather rash and unwelcoming. The male member of staff on the bar seemed very friendly and helpful. I beleive he was a manager and even offered us advice on our poorly warn kilts. A credit to the eatablishment. The hotel...

Great location for visiting family in the Edinburgh area. Convenient bus service into town from this location. Very quiet room considering the location on a main road. Breakfast top quality on the first day, not quite as good on day 2 but still good.

We stayed here as it was only £144 for 2 nights bed and breakfast during a busy weekend in Edinburgh when the rest of the hotels where charging through the roof. Although about a £9 taxi journey into the centre of Edinburgh it is a nice 30 minute walk in if you don't mind the exercise. Our room was comfortable...

They switch of the heating and you are unable to turn back on. It gets very cold at nighttime. They give you an electric heater My room had bad mold on the walls. They cancelled my room because I didn't check in "on time" even though I had prepaid.

Hi Clare, Thank you for taking the time to review our Edinburgh East Hotel. I am sorry you had a disappointing stay with us due to the temperature of your room and the issues with your room. We have controls on the wall which can increase and decrease the temperature of the room. I'm sorry if this was not working...
