The Accomodation is just 2 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes by car from City Centre of Edinburgh. It's a big house with a nice garden. The room is large and the bathroom is good. The breakfast is good too. The owner is a lady very nice and friendly and it's a pleasure to speak with her.

We had Room 8 on the ground floor, which looks out to the car park. The en-suite room is good sized. The accomodation is very clean and well appointed. We were welcomed by Angela who provided tea and biscuits. Breakfast was very nice. Parking is in the street, but there are many available spaces.

Whenever I go to Edinburgh Abercorn is my first choice. The rooms are beautiful and beds so comfy. Warm and spacious with original features. Breakfast at Abercorn is better than a 5 star hotel. Top quality produce and lovely hot plates! Angela is the perfect host and is always so welcoming.

I am not a fan of B and B's however the owners have done a good job and delivered a very tasty breakfast with high quality food items. First place I have stayed at where you are responsible to sort the radiators out as to what temp level and if they are even on or off but there you go....
