    Nicely decorated clean rooms with friendly staff situated a 20 minute walk from the city centre. However, the well advertised 'chef' cooked breakfast was a big disappointment... edible but that was about it! Good for a short stay but would recommend trying a local cafe...More

    A great property, and well run business. Comfortable, simple room with good breakfast served in a one hour timeslot. A fair walk into the city centre, along road works in preparation for Edinburgh's tram system, but the property is on a quieter side street. Gay...More
