We stayed for 2 nights last weekend whilst visiting our son at Uni. Alba House was very conveniently situated close to the bus stop taking us everywhere we needed to go. What a beautiful B and B! Gorgeous rooms, lovely food and the warmest welcome and kindness from Kath, even to the extent of supplying carrier bags for our luggage...

Just stayed for one night after watching Autumn rugby international at Murrayfield. Had a great welcome, hearty breakfast and a comfortable night's sleep in a very comfortable and spotlessly clean twin room with excellent facilities. Would definitely stay again.

What can we say that the title doesn't say.... My Father & I visited for three days in mid-September in this wonderfully beautiful & classic city, of which Alba House fits perfectly. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family, with Cath (proprietor) giving valuable advice & helping all newcomers navigate the intricacies of the city. A brief...

This B&B has an excellent location as the bus stop is very near. The house has a warm vibe to it thanks to Cath, the proprietor. It is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is hearty. Cath does help you with navigation and points of interest. Well done. We certainly will return if we're back in Edinburgh.
