Rosehall hotel is a nice small old-fashioned and pleasant hotel not far from the city centre and major highlights, and close to the bus station. The hotel is cosy and quiet with a very friendly manager/owner. The building is lovely.

We spent a weekend in May. Room at the back overlooking Arthur's Seat Old-fashioned but very pleasant. Friendly owner, good breakfast, good connections to City Centre via bus. A traditional B&B experience.
