Stayed here before and when I was working in the area, I didn't hesitate to book here. It is really handy for the tram and for a few pounds you can be in the centre of Edinburgh. The breakfast was first class. I will be back

Ideal location to miss the worst of the traffic jams. Staff are efficient and helpful. Free car parking is a bonus. Beds are comfortable nad rooms are quiet. Only downside is cost of drinks at the bar.

For the money i paid i say i enjoyed most the breakfeast! It was really enjoyable although little variety and not up to accor standards but still it was. Staff were helpful. Rooms were clean but the mattress was a disaster nearly broke my back from day one. And the gym is unsatisfactory. I think they should invest more. Replace...

Exactly What you expect in a hotel. Clean rooms friendly staff. Good location for local businesses or the train and tram network to visit the centre of Edinburgh. My only criticism would be the eggs at breakfast. I stayed there for 3 nights and on each morning the scrambled egg looked dry and the fried eggs were very over cooked....

Stayed here over a weekend. Hotel lovely and modern, spotlessly clean throughout. Room excellent standard, great big comfortable bed. Pool and steam room very well maintained and lovely ambience with mood lighting. Staff from check-in to check-out very attentive. Bar and restaurant service great - food very nice. Hotel situated very close to Edinburgh Park for easy/quick access to Edinburgh...

I was appalled at the low standard of the accommodation. The first room we were offered had not been cleaned... used towels, cups and toiletries left around the room. The second room we were given had a large patch of sodden carpet, that was still soaking wet the next morning. In addition, we were both jerked awake at 2.30 in...

20 minutes away from central Edinburgh by Tram. Lovely clean and modern hotel with a gorgeous pool with atmospheric lighting which is open until 10pm. Only complaint was the slow replenishing of coffee, tea and hot food at breakfast . Tram stop less than 3minutes walk from hotel. Good family hotel.

“Wi-fi signal can sometimes be a problem if far away from reception (i'm told), however i've found it okay”

“Central heating was not working at all. This was reported to reception but nothing happened. This made the room very hot at night (2 night stay) and made sleep difficult. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and have noticed a decline in standards of hygiene in rooms and bathrooms. Some need cleaned better, others need to be properly maintained.”

“We had an issue with the room temperature - which I fully accept may have down to "pilot error" on my part rather than faulty central heating control. We called reception and someone came and adjusted it bringing almost instant warmth to the room. ”
