My wife and I stayed for three nights in early August 2016 as we were in Edinburgh for the Tattoo. We were warmly welcomed and quickly shown to our room which was lovely with the normal tea and coffee facilities and a private bathroom across the hall. All of the over rooms are en-suite so there no issues with others...

What a fabulous place to stay. Our room was huge and beautifully appointed. Good water pressure in the shower. Everything was spic and span. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The owner was charming and very helpful. This is a great place to stay and is within easy reach of the city centre will definitely return next time in Edinburgh

We've stayed in Classic House for 2 nights. It was a really pleasant time for us! Room was comfortable, neighbourhood calm and quiet and breakfast delicious (toasts, marmolade, honey, eggs, pancakes, granola, yogurts, fresh fruits, muffins and croissants, ham, cheese, tomato...). The owner was very helpful, it was not a problem for him that we came at 11 pm. He...

We stayed here for one night while passing through Edinburgh on foot. We were hiking the John Muir Way. It is very conveniently located with no need for bus off the way. The room was really spacious and comfortable for 3 people. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a lovely treat. It was a very good quality continental...

Great location close to bus stop. Nice room. It is quite small with a tiny bathroom , but very comfortable. The main thing to remember is the upper rooms(3rd floor) are reached by a very steep winding staircase . No trouble for us, but some would find it difficult . Hosts very knowledgeable & helpful.

Many thanks for your review. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay with us. One point though is that we have only two floors, not three. Kind regards Classic House

Everyone very friendly and helpful! Room was small but cozy. We were on the third floor which was fine for us but anyone with limited mobility should probably request lower level. Continental breakfast included. Incredibly convenient for getting to royal mile and historic district. Plenty to see, do, and eat within a 15-20 minute walk. Ample parking on the street...

Very friendly staff; clean and comfortable room; good breakfast in a very pleasant environment. Only a few bus stops from the city centre. Overall good value for money. Will recommend to anyone visiting Edingburgh.

Very nice B&B, with incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable, nice breakfast. I found it a little pricy, but I stayed at the most luxurious room in the house. Slightly far from the center, but there is a bus stop nearby that will take you directly there. There area a few nice pubs and a supermarket close-by too....

Arrived slightly early, owner was very friendly & welcoming. Left bags & was given bottled water & invited to enjoy Edinburgh. Rooms clean, tidy & comfortable. Convenient for walking into Edinburgh centre, but near to main bus route as well. Good range of pubs & restaurants close by.

Thank Karen M
