The Leapark hotel is on the main road into Grangemouth town centre.
There are plenty parking spaces in front of the hotel.
There are conference rooms as well as a bar and restaurant downstairs.
Our bedroom was very clean, a moderate size, had two easy chairs, a dressing table, tv and tea and coffee making facilities.
The bathroom looked newly refurbished, had a full sized bath and a good shower.
Breakfast was a comprehensive selection of cereals, fruit juices, yogurts, full Scottish cooked breakfast and the friendly member of staff offered to make boiled or poached eggs to order.
My query at the reception desk resulted in the receptionist making enquiries and phoning the answer up to our room.
We were surprised to note the air conditioning unit in the bedroom. The central heating was adjustable.
My only negative comment would be the movement activated light switch in the bathroom...apart from this the Leapark ticked all the boxes and represented excellent value for money.

Single night stay for a concert at Falkirk Stadium (Exec Twin Room). Room was clean and tidy, if a little dated. TV worked and shower was piping hot as well :-)

We had a bar meal before heading to the concert and it was really good, and the staff were very understanding of my other half's allergies.

Breakfast was buffet but very good as well.

Would definitely go back again.

Stayed at the Leapark (room 1....lovely room) as part of my 50th birthday celebrations......could not have been made to feel more welcome! The staff are awesome! The room was spotlessly clean, the bed super comfy.
Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, no need to leave the dining room hungry! The restaurant food was delicious as well and reasonably priced.
Reception staff were lovely, quick check in, no problems and again, lovely staff!
Housekeeping staff did a fab job keeping us stocked up with fresh towels and bedding along with the usual tea/coffee etc.
The bar is well stocked and the staff are amazing! Too many to name but ALL super friendly and go above and beyond, even going the extra mile and doing a bit of a "do" for my birthday!
Already looking forward to our next visit, and thankyou all again for everything! Xxx

An average hotel stay with untidy rooms salvaged by great staff.

We stayed for one night after a day trip to the area. We had ordered a family room as we were travelling with the kids.

On arrival we checked in to a friendly reception area. We got told we were staying in a building next to the hotel rather than the main building which we thought was good of the hotel because there was a Christmas party on.

We asked if we could get seated for food in the lounge bar to eat and we’re seated by the helpful staff quickly. There was a good choice on the menu including the kids choice. One of the wife’s drinks came out in a glass with lipstick marks all over it but the bar staff got rid of it and apologised, replacing the drink in a clean glass.

The food was pub food and was good enough to eat. Again the staff were very helpful, especially with the kids.

Our room was in another building which we thought was good due to the Christmas party on for noise etc. The room was nice and warm but could’ve done with being cleaned properly. The spoon with the kettle etc was dirty. The bedding never fitted the beds properly. The carpets were filthy. At around half 1 we were woken at the end of the party when people were outside in the car park and then obviously staying in the same prt of the hotel as us because there was tons of noise. If you’re going to put families in part of the hotel out of the way then it’s not the greatest idea to put the party people in the same bit.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the waitress in the morning was very friendly and spoke to the kids as well as us. The cooked breakfast arrived quickly and tasted good too.

All in all it was a good enough stay although the room could be much cleaner and putting families in the same part of the hotel as party goers is terrible planning. The staff salvaged things due to how friendly, helpful and professional they were.

Was in here today at the Beer Garden for a couple of drinks with some friends, first time in over 3 months.

Good setup and was perfect to do something that felt a bit normal again. Think today was the first day re-opening and got busier as time got on. Weather stayed decent enough for us to sit out a while.

Staff were very friendly and courteous, especially the male Barman/Waiter who was gorgeous. Happy to go back here.

What a find. Our main criteria was to be near the Falkirk Kelpies for a one night stay as part of a touring holiday.
This hotel delivered that and so much more in an outstandingly good value package.
The staff on reception, the bar, the restaurant and at breakfast were all friendly, attentive and helpful. The evening meal and hearty breakfast were cooked to order perfectly and served promptly with a smile.
The room, bed, bathroom and bath were all top quality and massive.
We will be back.

Not sure where to start. I arrived for one night as i was working away from home. Upon check in i was asked for my credit card details incase i decided not to pay my way or for any damages i left. I explained that the company card was on the system and was left open for the likes of meals etc. I was swiftly told that would not be accepted and she needed a second card that i owned. I was then told it was all in there terms and conditions, but silly me handed over my details because i wouldnt get my room key if i didnt.
Once i got upstairs in to my room and after a look about i have to say the red mist came over me and anger set in as it was awful. This then made me look at there t&c's that was sent to me at time of booking and low and behold there was no mention whatsoever of a second card needed at time of check in. I decided to get showered and i was shocked at how dirty and ragged the room was (i felt i should have taken the hotels bank card details to pay me for staying there). I had hairs on and all through my bed, bath and over the carpet it was disgusting and the bathroom shower was like thick nicotine stains on the ceiling along with mold on tiles/sink.
I then presented the email confirmation to reception and the general manager to be told "well its done now so we will leave it as it is and i will sort the wording to say otherwise". Because of the poor manor i never mentioned the state of the room as I didnt want a conversation with the managers back as she walked away.

I must say however the bar manager JP that i met was fantastic from start to finish. He was so professional and nothing was a problem. Very friendly guy for sure. I have to say he is one of the best, nicest guys i have come across staying away that i felt he needed a mention. Well done JP superb pal.

Needless to say i wont return to stay here again which is a shame as i stay away alot with work.

We have visited / stayed at this hotel on quite a few occasions over the past couple of years. It is a very friendly and pleasant place to stay. Our four and half years old daughter loves the place and the staff make her very welcome.
One downside is the family room No 5 which we have used 3 or 4 times, it is a really good sized room with 3 beds, a separate sitting area and a good sized bathroom. However, the decor is becoming very tired and dated in the bedroom with patched ceiling and wallpaper, and the bathroom is very similar. It has a jacuzzi style bath with an over bath shower, but the jacuzzi has not worked in all the times we have stayed there, and the shower could be a lot more powerful with a larger shower head.
The bar / restaurant is very nice with a varied selection of food choice, service is generally quick and prompt and as previously said, served by very friendly staff.

An amazing stay in an intimate and comfortable hotel. Nothing was to much trouble for the restaurant team who met the dietary needs of our party with a smile on every occasion. (An extra big shout for Louise, Annie, Marika, Correy and Cameron)
All the staff were lovely while being really efficient.
The rooms were comfortable and even included a fridge in the wardrobe (brilliant for late night snacks and early morning coffees).
A really easy base for those visits to the Falkirk wheel, Kelpies and Edinburgh.
We'd love to be back for next year's tattoo.
You've been brilliant 😍

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights whilst working in the area.
The room itself was fine , comfortable ,spacious and clean . There is adequate parking on site which is free of charge.
Where I thought the Leapark excelled is the food , I rarely eat in the restaurants attached to Premier Inns as their food offering is poor . I ate all three nights at the Leapark having different main courses each time - all were freshly cooked ,tasty and with generous portions.
The service in the restaurant was friendly and efficient - in particular Scott stood out as being a star!
Breakfast was well cooked and again portions generous
If I am in the area again , I would gladly stay again
Four stars given as a couple of external areas of the hotel needed tidying up
