Perfect choice to stay here to visit St. Andrews and the FIFE's villages. the house is very romantic and pretty. Breakfast is excellent. Interiors of the house are very typical. Really suggested for a short or long stay.

I decided to try this unusual B &B when visiting St Andrews recently and I'm so pleased I did. It was just far enough outside the town to feel like your in a country house but close enough that it's easy to get into town for shopping or a meal. We arrived early but the owners were really accommodating. The...

A charming bed and breakfast with a stunning view of St Andrews. The building is lovingly converted from the old train station into high end accommodation. Our room The African room was wonderful and next time we really want to stay in the rustic train carriages. Breakfast was a huge spread and the hosts couldn't have been any more helpful....

While attending a wedding in St Andrews we booked two nights at this place to be as close to the venue as possible . It looked at first appearance to be a good choice with the setting and location just outside lovely St Sndrews. We had booked to stay in a converted railway carriage which sounded romantic and very different...

What a super place to stay when you're in St Andrews. Fiona and Colin are the perfect hosts and the Old Station is ideally situated five minutes or so from the centre of the town. Parking can be a big problem in St Andrews town centre, making the majority of B&Bs impractical, an unfortunate byproduct of the increasing popularity of...

Easy to find but be careful when driving down the driveway, particularly if your car has low ground clearance! Also be careful when leaving as the traffic comes over the bridge at speed. Colin introduced himself when we arrived and is very friendly (as are his dogs). The room (5 - in main house) was small but clean with a...

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you had an issue with our dogs and I agree we should have this noted, especially for guests with allergies, the dogs are not allowed in the Guest House area but we have a new puppy who seems to enjoy greeting guests when they arrive in their cars and sneaking in whenever...

Lovely location shame the service did not replicate this!! We felt everything was an effort and no extras offered😞 Felt the cooked breakfast was very much not the value for the money paid!!! And very rushed.... I am a far travelled individual and stay in 5*hotels and a Hilton Hotel is way CHEAPER than this B&B...this B&B was way overpriced...

Thank you Mrs Busy for your review. As a B & B I think it's unfair to compare us to 5 star large chain hotel. We try very hard to be accommodating to our guests as we feel that guests who come to stay here do so because they prefer the personal touch. As you can see by our other...

It is set in a renovated railway station, complete with train carriage that you can stay in.It is set in the country, but only about 10 minutes drive from town, so a beautiful rural setting, the best of both worlds. Our room opened onto the front forecourt with a seating areas, lovely to enjoy a cuppa in the fresh air...

Lovely location about 2 miles outside the town on the road to Anstruther. We had a bit of a challenge finding the place because when we called for directions nobody was answering the phone. Room was pleasant though it smelled of a little too much air freshener. Breakfast very nice. Owners very pleasant and professional.

Arrived for early check in which was really appreciated - the room had been cleaned in time for us arriving. Room was airy and tidy; could've been doing with a more thorough clean as things were a little dusty! Location is pretty good (peaceful) and relatively easy to find; but you can't walk anywhere. A taxi will be required but...
