I stayed here 9-10 th November. Stayed in suite which was spacious, clean and warm. John was very helpful - even getting Soya milk just for me. Liked that you can make your own evening meals and would really recommend.

We had an excellent four night stay. John couldn't have been more helpful and it was an attractive house in easy reach of Glasgow destinations. The breakfast was very enjoyable. Try the fruit platter!

Stayed at at John's guest house weekend , 13-14 Nov 2016, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. House is warm and comfortable with excellent service in all departments. John is full of information and cannot be be faulted on the level of information he can offer. The house is in a residential area of Glasgow that is not far from the city... More

What a cracking place. A really interesting building with lots of lovely features. We stayed in the family apartment which was perfect for a family of 4. John was a fantastic host and really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious and the kids didn't want to leave! Will definitely return if needing to stay overnight in Glasgow again.

This little gem is worth its weight in gold. John the owner is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Whether your trip is business or pleasure you wont do any better.Ideally situated just off the motorway and with plenty of available free parking, only a short taxi ride into the town centre. ......youre favourite Oil of Ulay Family xx

We turned up at the Glasgow Guest House to find we didn't have a booking. I mistook the responding email as a confirmation and missed the line requesting credit card details. Even though John was fully booked he put us up in his residence for the night. Can't get much better then that!!

John looked after us very well - even running us up to a wedding up the road as it was raining and letting us flex arrival time so we could get ready before the event. Very helpful and friendly guy. The house is lovely, traditional with high ceilings and great to have a sitting room and guest kitchen to be... More
