We were in room 10 bottom of the stairs. Shower and toilet dirty. Water fluctuated between hot & cold. You had to ask for extra toilet paper etc Bed not comfortable at all.

Hotel is in need of a revamp so expect some very tired decor. However the bed was comfy, the telly was good and the shower was okay, so it was just acceptable. Basic breakfast. Toast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit.
