The room was huge. Everywhere was clean and comfortable. The most important thing was the welcome. So very friendly and helpful. Parking is a nightmare but I would definitely stay there again. Lovely experience.

Stayed there this past Thursday more just as somewhere to sleep after a night out. The lady at the desk (Nora) was really welcoming and got us to our rooms quickly. The room is fairly basic, three single beds, a TV, a kettle, and a shower/toilet. A couple of small things about the room, the toilet seat was broke, but...

We were greeted warmly on arrival after an 8 hour train journey. Shown to our room - what a nice surprise. Lovely big bay windowed room, king size bed, exceptionally clean, lovely view of Kelvingrove Park from sofa in the window. Staff were lovely - even when we needed to change the duvet cover late at night, they were available...

I arrived for one nights stay and choose the hotel based on reviews, price and location. When I entered the bedroom the room was cold and the curtains were hanging off the rail. Both the curtains were fixed and the heating put on by the lovely receptionist who checked me in. I then tried to have a shower (electric) but...

The location of hotel is good, a short walk can reach Kelvingrove Museum & University of Glasgow, & short walk to a park. The house is over 100 years, decoration is simple, & there is no wifi & soap or shampoo, which is not convenience for the guest. The boss is friendly, provide simple continental breakfast in the morning. Consider...

The hotel is as described in most comments : ugly, dirty, dusty but quite cheap... Location makes it possible to reach city center in about 20 minutes on foot. Street is very nice and we had no problem to park in front and the surroundings look safe. Breakfast is a bit too simple.

I stayed in this 'hotel' for 2 nights and oh my god I cant even begin to describe how bad it was. I was greeted by a woman who was very rude and infact dirty! I couldnt even look her straight in the face, we got to our room and it got worse from there, the room was dirty, there...

The lady called us and informed us that we had been double booked and we were offered a room with three single beds and a camp bed . We had booked two doubles as although we knew each other we were up for a wedding and three ladies and one bloke all trying to get ready for an important event...
