A very pleasant overnight stop en route to the islands of Scotland. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was a good size. The breakfast which was part of our deal was excellent in terms of choice although the orange juice got a bit watered down by the ice there to keep it cool. The hotel is on a...

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times on business and leisure. Not really a reviewer, though I thought it was time to give due recognition. In addition to the friendly staff, rooms are clean and contemporary and the breakfast buffet provides a quality meal.

Visited Glasgow to meet friends. Drunk 43 units on countback, but remember hotel was very clean and managed to use some of the limited parking on offer. Early check in won't be possible, but decent breakfast.

I got a bargain rate for a few nights in Glasgow so I wasn't expecting too much. From arriving to departure was really relaxed, room was bigger than I'd thought it might be and the decor and furnishings also exceeded expectations. Mattress made a foreboding "twang" when I first sat on it but it passed the "sleepability" test and each...

Great location. Staff very friendly & helpful & the room was very nice & tidy. Breakfast was nice too. Reception staff assisted with bus/taxi information & local amenities. Couldn't fault the experience & would definitely stay again.

This was our introduction to Scotland, U.K. and we can't say enough good things about our first stay in this pleasant country. Glasgow was our first and last stop for our two-week tour and Argyll Hotel made us feel welcomed and appreciated that we chose to stay with them. The location was perfect, 1.5 mile to Buchanan Street and a...

Stayed at the Argyll Hotel for the Easter long weekend. Staff were lovely and the room was cosy. I wasn't expecting the room to be as small as it was, but other than that the room was in a really good condition. Beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was great and looked brand new. The floor was very creaky...

We stayed here as we were attending a concert. We arrived early so staff told us we could leave our luggage and told us about pub next door. We popped in for a drink while waiting on our room. Our rooms were ready when we returned. Our room was on the 4th floor, whilst small it had everything we needed....

When we arrived here we were greeted by a really lovely lady at the check in desk and asked her advice regarding dining and she was very helpful as well as being very smiley and nice. The hotel is very nice with a tartaned theme throughout the hotel. The room we had was perfectly pleasant with two twin beds, teabags,...

I stayed for 4 nights and can't fault this hotel. I had a budget single room which was actually queen sized. Furnishings were modern and new and everything was very clean. The room was cleaned daily and the staff even changed my sheets when I got fake tan on the bed (sorry!!). Breakfast was nice. When it said 'buffet' I...
