Travelled on business in June 2016 to visit clients in Glasgow. I have stayed wt this hotel many times before and always found it to be a good place to be. I booked a suite with outside balcony (3rd time now in the exact same room!!) Access from the reception is via lift and you need your keycard to operate...

I got a good deal for the hotel room so booked as a gift. Very spacious room, clean, nice view but wasn't as 'wow' factor as I imagined but still very nice. Staff friendly & helpful at front desk, room service and ladies in the ocean room spa. Food and drink a little pricey and the £5 extra room charge...

Very nice hotel on arrival, staff very helpful and polite. Room was not so clean a few marks on sofa and carpet, an onion ring under the guess bed was not good. However, glass, cups etc were very clean. 10 min walk to ssf hydro. Hotel was very busy but still very quiet

At check-in, Sophie was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We had an Executive Room on the 18th floor, 1811, tiring a bit but still good and with wonderful views out over the West End and beyond. The hotel is convenient for both Anderston and Charing Cross stations. The lounge hasn't changed since we were last here...

Good position, lovely rooms - very spacious. Good food and great service. All the staff were extremely helpful even telling us which bus number and where the bus stop was to get to our site seeing places. Nice foyer area. I really recommend this hotel.

I stay here regularly for both business and pleasure. I am always impressed with the welcome, cleanliness, comfort and quality of all they offer. The executive lounge offer breakfast that allows you to get away from the hurly burly of the main dinning room, the only negative perspective that I have of any facet of the hotel. However dinning in...
