For a 5 star hotel I found it to be disappointing and at most nothing more than a 3 star hotel. What i noticed at first was the area around the entrance, the carpets were dirty and worn, visible stains etc on them, this is the entrance to the hotel therefore should be spotless & looked after a bit more...

The ballroom is an ideal venue for a noisy conference -easily room for 250 delegates with stage and separate break out rooms for splitting the 250 again. Self contained cloakroom and toilets, large bar and reception area. Charring cross station only 5 minutes away. Impressed with the catering staff who handled a large group very professionally.

I always stay in the Hilton and they've never let me down. The breakfast is excellent, the staff efficient and friendly (nothing is ever too much trouble) and the rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Tired and in need of a refurb and disappointing for a Hilton of such repute. Room wasn't the cleanest but the bed was very comfortable. A 5 star hotel with make your own tea, coffee and toast is pretty poor in my opinion.

We were there for a spa day including afternoon tea. The person who took our booking failed to tell the kitchen of our request for vegan food so this was possibly an unwelcome shock. However, we were treated with extreme courtesy and the resultant afternoon tea was imaginative and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would like to thank those...

Treated to a long weekend break from my partner who also purchased the Exec experience. What a lovely weekend it was, room was spacious, comfortable on the 20th floor with a view of the city. The Exec experience provided a nice cooked breakfast, afternoon tea which was more than welcome after an afternoon of sightseeing, and eats/nibbles in the evening...

Stayed in this hotel many, many times over the years but this is the first time reviewed. A little awkward to find when driving, you can't miss it but getting there by car is a different matter. Rooms lovely, pretty standard for a Hilton. Try to geta high floor for great views over the city or the Clyde. Decent sized...
