We have been to this hotel a few times now, but sadly our latest trip was not the best. Check in was fine, no issues at all with the staff. We were given a choice of room colour, which was a nice touch. Our room itself was nice. The complimentary snacks were a bit dated (the can of diet coke...

Beautiful hotel with lovely decorated rooms. Each floor has a different colour scheme and rooms. Fantastic rain shower you never want to come out of! Comfiest bed ever! Great location. Very friendly and effiicent staff - arrived at 10.30 a.m. and despite check in being from 2.00 p.m. they were able to provide us with our rooms straight away. Nice...

Conveniently located three blocks from Glasgow Central Train Station and close to George Square where all the tour buses gather. Well-designed quirky modern boutique hotel with glass and splashes of purple. The beds were much softer than typical European beds and all hypoallergenic, which made sleeping much easier. The showers were thoughtfully designed with the handle at the opposite end...

We were informed the night before arriving in Glasgow that our original hotel was 'over-booked' and we would be required to move to the Indigo instead. We had never been there before, but it was close to our first choice so we accepted the change. Good move! This is a fabulous hotel, reception staff among the best we have encountered....

This is our favourite hotel to stay at whenever we come to Glasgow. The hotel is situated in the business district of the city and only a couple of hundred yards from both Glasgow Central Station and the main shopping district. Our check-in was smoothly processed by the friendly and efficient staff on reception and our room was extremely well...

Visited this hotel nearly 2 years ago and could not connect Apple products in the room. This is still the case but I was told the General Manager was working on it - After so long he /she isnt working that hard! A fob off!! I was woken up at 1015 by housekeeping wanting to make the room ready for...

Stayed here in March with my husband along with my sister and her husband. The decor of the hotel was lovely and bright on a grey Glasgow day. The rooms were quirky with lots of space and a huge comfy bed. We had chosen the option of dining in the Limelight Restaurant and were shown to one of the comfortable...

This hotel is very well situated for Glasgow city centre and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff are very attentive throughout. The hotel is decorated and furnished in the style typical to the Indigo chain and was immaculately clean throughout. Our room was great, fantastic bathroom, big comfy bed and air conditioning that responded to our need....

Really nice hotel although quite an unimposing reception area which i must say i was surprised at. Staff were very attentive and thorough, which is more than i can say for some IHG hotels. Room was modern and trendy, excellent rainfall style shower (such a big deal when you are in hotels is the quality of their showers). Parking is...
