booked the night before for 1 night on business. Reasonable rate but at the central station so not expecting much. Literally just outside the station on union street. Grey door with buzzer entry and i thought what is this place. Go inside to the lift and i thought omg a builders hotel. Get out on floor 6 and what a...

Stayed here for just one night on business. Really warm welcome, arrived late but nothing was too much trouble. Character room with large working sash windows, fresh decor, clean, bright, spacious, comfortable room with funky bathroom pod. Complimentary home made biscuits and cupcakes, fresh coffee in room - nice touches. Great breakfast in modern, friendly and spotlessly clean dining area....

Great hotel, right in the centre of Glasgow. It's above Central Station. The hotel itself was fabulous and so were the staff. You could help yourself to cup cakes which were lovely and could also have ice cream. You could have dinner which did look and smell lovely but we went out everything well within walking distance. We did however...

Lovely hotel in the centre of Glasgow. We spent three nights, the rooms are fresh and spacious, breakfasts are divine, and Margo cooked the best suppers. Staff are welcoming and friendly, the owner was staying while we were there and mixed with the guests. We will be back!!!

Spent two days in this fantastic hotel. Great location to all amenities and there just happened to be the Merchant Music Festival on whilst visiting too! Hotel very clean. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The free cupcakes, shortbread and ice-cream were an added bonus! Staff on all shifts were extremely accommodating. Didn't want to leave! Will definitely be back!

A great centrally located hotel next door to Glasgow Central Station, ideal for catching an early morning train. Rooms are good with excellent showers and the quality of the fittings and extra's make it the little bit above the normal. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Don't be put off by the exterior...

We booked this hotel for its great location.. however, First impressions not great - we waited a good 10 minutes until the receptionist could book us in. I understand that she was probably helping out somewhere else, however we did stand for a good 10-15 minutes.. I'm not sure of the receptionist name, but she was welcoming and friendly. Once...

We were very lucky to have had the opportunity to stay at Grasshopper's in June, and we selected the hotel for it's great reviews, it's proximity to the train station, and because we were looking to spend some time in a space that offered something different on our trip (i.e. a boutique hotel). It is definitely quirky and cool, and...
