Good location, rooms at front are quite noisy though so would ask for one at the back. Lots of bars an eating places nearby. Friendly place, staff were really nice an breakfast was excellent, the choice was incredible.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a weekend. The hotel is rated 3 stars yet simply offers somewhere for you to sleep and eat breakfast. Nothing else. Upon arrival it is difficult to recognise as the online photos differ immensely. Signs ask working guests to remove their muddy boots upon entry. Very noisy if bedroom at the front. Decent tv...

Stayed here on 4th March for 1 night. Were in room 402 which was right at the top. If you have problems with mobility do not book this hotel unless you are able to climb ALOT of stairs. We are both 30 and struggled. Their is no lift. Room was clean and tidy. Room was very cold when we arrived....

Upon arrival, my mother checked in and was quickly offered some help with her bags. When the staff found out that my mother suffered from bad knees, they changed her room to a lower floor so she could access it easier, as there is no lift in the hotel. Check in was quick and easy, and the room was very...

Probably not ideal if you have disability or unfit. It is a really good location to the west end & finniston areas. I would suggest that the hotel makes there breakfast time...

Located in West End yet within walking distance to City centre. Plenty of good shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Room warm, comfortable with good shower and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast had plenty of variety ...included buffet style as well as full cooked breakfast. Staff helpful and welcoming.

There was no lift which I found difficult, we were on third floor, room was clean and comfortable but noisey on Saturday evening outside hotel. Hotel only serve breakfast - good variety, but lots of good places to eat close by, weekends good...

Used this hotel for an overnight stay close to Glasgow City Centre in order to see a show. Only a 15 minute walk into the city centre and close to the Kelvingrove Museum, Glasgow University. Plenty of buses to take you around the city. Hotel warm, clean and comfortable. Staff helpful A good hearty breakfast

If you're staying in Glasgow city centre, and look to have a good night's sleep in a hotel, do not book a room in this place. We stayed here for one night and I can honestly say it is one of the worst night's sleep I have ever had. The room was freezing cold as the heater next to the...
