We are a family of four and stayed in the en-suite family room. The room was large but not comfortable and not very clean (the carpet was dirty). Bathroom is in need of repairs. Breakfast okay but not enough tables for all visitors. Owners and staff more focused on TV than on guests. The only positive things are the good...

Again the above review is totally false We do not have a t.v. in the Dining Room deliberately so it would be impossible for the staff to be watching the T.V. Again, the family room was refurbished last year with new beds, new sofa, bedding etc. I am beginning to wonder if a competitor is putting these reviews on to...

It is more of a BB arrangement. The landlady was very sweet. Her accent was a little bit of a problem...but manageable. Location - little out of the main city area. Had to walk for good 20 mins to reach the happening part of the city. I guess some buses are also available. Rooms- very tiny room...but it was clean....

Spent two nights at Seton Guest House. The property is lovely, we had a spacious double room with en suite shower. The proprietors are very welcoming and the breakfasts are cooked to order. It is a lovely quiet road and there is free on street parking what more could you ask for.

Great value well run guest house, the room was small but well decorated and had all the facillities you need for a weekend stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with decent variation.

We booked this B&B for a stay in November 2015. We rang to confirm directions and were told of a family bereavement. The lovely landlady had lost her husband and despite family arrival, had relocated us to a B&B next door. Although we didn't stay overnight in the B&B, we had breakfast at Sefton House at quite an early hour...
