Fantastic location for numerous bars and restaurants in west end ,across from beautiful botanic gardens. Stayed one night , clean homely ,friendly helpful staff . We stayed in room 18 , which was a large ground floor room , in Embassy apartment block . Will definitely return .

Stayed here for 5 nights whilst working in the area. Very friendly staff who make you feel very welcomed. My room (15) was lovely, clean and tidy. Breakfast was great. Would love to stay again if I'm back in this area. Well situated for Glasgow centre and surrounding areas.

If booked direct with hotel a nice discount awaits for stays of more than a few days. Quality furnishings and fittings with some likeable artwork around the place. The hand basin in a single room was tiny, easy to knock head on mirror while teeth brushing! Comfy bed but sounds could be heard from adjoining room. Helpful staff. Nice location.

The hotel rooms are pristine w/ all the modern conveniences, yet they have retained the charm and class. The breakfast choices were both hot and cold. A lovely full Scottish breakfast and lots of tea, coffee, and juice to start your day. The management and service were delightful and personable. Great location near the botanical gardens and close to a...

We stayed for two nights, having booked directly with the hotel, for a very reasonable rate. A warm, well appointed room...comfy bed, electric shower could have been a bit more powerful, but still provided a good clean! Room and bathroom very clean. More importantly slept well both nights...so quiet, but so close to the places we were wanted to visit,...

I have just returned from an overnight stay from Saturday 31st December to Sunday 1st January with my partner and another couple. I just want to say a huge thanks to the gentleman who was on reception/breakfast whilst we stayed here because as far as we were concerned, he made the stay & couldn't have been nicer/more helpful, so if...

Lovely large apartment but it was a little run down Very clean and tidy just the fixtures and fittings are older than you'd hope they were, nothing dramatically wrong and I've stayed in much worse places. They leave you to it as well which is near perfect for me

Fantastic location only a short walk from Byres Road, Ashton Lane and the Botanical Gardens with free on-street parking. Room was clean and well equipped, the only slight niggle would be that the water pressure for the taps and shower was very poor but would definitely stay again.

Originally a couple of very grand houses converted into apartments and hotel rooms. Nicely situated in the West End of Glasgow very close to the Botanic Gardens and shops which were a 5 minute walk away And at least it was warm, with a controllable radiator. Lots of electric sockets close to a mirror and had a kettle, drink provision...

We stayed for one night and had breakfast at a little cafe across the road so can't comment on the cooking. The room was clean and comfortable with views over the Botanical Gardens. Ideally situated for the quirky shops, bars and cafes of Byres Road and a 25 min easy walk (uphill)to the University.
