    All you need for weekend stay. Great location near Botanics; large room, good shower, comfortable bed and generous breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return for short or long stay.

    Good locationwalking distance to shops and restaurants, on street parking was easy to find. The beds were comfy but rooms basic and smelt a little damp. I would say not exceptional but not horrible eitherMore

    Our room did not have air con, and given the age of the place I doubt if any of the rooms had it. However, with the rooms being so large and the ceilings very high, I doubt it would be really needed.
