This hotel is past it's best. Their was stains on the floor, air conditioning not working and beds that made sleeping on the floor a viable option. We took a room upgrade for a river view and to be honest with you will skip that next time. Parking was a bonus but everything else is a let down. There is...

Warm greeting from the staff on reception, advising us friends staying had arrived. Tried to get us a room near them and very apologetic when couldn't do this. Not an issue for us. We had made a dinner reservation prior to arrival which was confirmed at time of checking in. Room was clean and well presented. Had to speak to...

By American standards, you might find this HGI a bit small/European style, but it was more than adequate for our stay. It was also an excellent value at about L75/night. Extremely convenient to the SECC/Armadillo and situated on the River Clyde so it's quite picturesque if your room faces that side of the building. Apart from the convention center/arenas, it's...

Had afternoon tea today around 3.45pm. Having seen the poster of afternon tea on the wall outside the hotel I had been looking forward to it. We were welcomed by friendly staff. Had a nice glass of prosecco while we waited for the sandwiches and cakes to arrive. During this time we were commenting on how depressing it was in...

Stayed here on business, easy to get to, clean and decent value. I paid £77.59 for the night without breakfast so OK for what you get. It's a little like a posher premier inn But worth staying. The bar area is very small but has TV's in so at least you can watch football. They also have a small area...

Great hotel for venues in the area. Can be pricey at times but my deal bought well in advance was good. Breakfast very good. Bar lively and social. Cobbles leading to disabled access are awkward to negotiate. Disabled room very well laid out.

Stayed here for one night on business. Staff friendly and welcoming. Had dinner in the hotel. Menu not extensive but the food was tasty. Only negative is that with regards to the bedrooms, the bathrooms are very compact and no bath

Booked a queen room only to find a small double (room 220). When queried with reception they advised it was an American queen, not the case as American queens are the size of our King beds. Room was clean but carpet badly stained. Breakfast choice was good but food was lukewarm. Overall very disappointed with this hotel it was quite...
