Highly recommend this hotel. Staff and service excellent and close to amenities. Food of a very high standard, Recommend a riverside view. We use this hotel several times a year and never have any complaints.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Especially the girls that work in F & B, Catherine, Lauren, Louise, Karen... All of them! And I think a man named John who might be the bar manager? All lovely people who just seem genuinely happy to help. They're a credit to the Hilton brand. Even today (on Christmas Day) the girls...

Good choice if you get a deal , i wouldn't pay the room rate however . Rooms clean and comfortable , river view preferable if you can get it. Staff pleasant and helpful , breakfast above the average with food also offered to order if you prefer. Certainly the best choice if going to the Hydro or SECC . Don't...

Dear mervyn w Thank you for your review. Your comments are obviously very disappointing and I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. When over 300 guests arrive back after a concert it is expected that there will be a wait for drinks, especially after Andre Rieu when the majority of drinks requested were coffees that slows down...

A return to this hotel after quite a gap due to a very good deal .The hotel is in a great location for SECC and the Hydro and has its own car park .The outside seating is good in summer but the highlight of our stay in December was a first class breakfast choice with particular mention of the made...

I stayed here for one night to attend a social event in central Glasgow. This hotel is all you would need or expect from a hilton in this kind of location. It was clean and efficient with a quick and easy check in which is what I tend to look for. I am HH member and although my details hadn't...

Close to the Hydro venue and with a couple of restaurants nearby. I'd guess a 30 minute walk from the city centre. My experience at this hotel was good. A very quick check in to a clean and modern room. Agree with another reviewer that it would have been useful to have had a couple of hooks near the door...

Dear Alan S Thank you for your review. We do not have hooks on the bedroom door to ensure that the fire evacuation plan is clearly visible. There are hooks on the bathroom door and also beside the shower, in addition to the wardrobe that is provided in the bedroom. Thank you for your positive feedback from both dinner and...

Stayed from 4th - 8th Dec 2014 as part of a wedding group - Check In was welcoming, quick and friendly. - Room was clean and comfortable but possibly could have done with more hooks, perhaps on room door(?) to hang wet clothing (it rained most of our visit!) - Buffet breakfast had good selection and freshly made.
