On arrival, we were Seated overlooking George Square which was very nice. Staff made us both very welcome. Cakes and scones were fine. Sandwiches a bit disappointing. Not much filling. Tea and prosecco refreshing.

Bought this deal from itson. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Sandwiches pretty poor, no bread preference and filling skimpy. Cakes and scones made up for the sandwiches. Tea nice, I had green and my daughter regular both served in pots and staff asked if we wanted refills. Nice setting, looking over George Swuare.

The staff were friendly however the receptionist on arrival wasn't exactly as bubbly or happy as I have come to expect. This said the reception area was clean and has a nice ambience. After checking in we went to our room using the lifts, 2 off them one which is really quite small but still, does the job. The room...

My husband and I spent a few days last month at The Millenium I booked a twin room near the elevator as my husband is disabled. We were informed we could not get into our room until 2pm. We arrived after 3pm and the room was not ready after a long wait we were given our room. The room was...

First time stayed here and most certainly last. Currently trying to get to sleep and struggling due to traffic noise. I have stayed in hotels in central city locations all over the world but this is really bad. There is a Premier Inn 400 yards away and that is better and is half the price. Hotel needs a complete makeover....

Our group had 3 rooms reserved for 2 nights. When we arrived, they had lost our reservation, but when we showed them the email confirmation, they begrudgingly said it might be possible to find rooms for us. Our room was a great disappointment. The air conditioning was not working, just blowing warm air and during our entire stay the room...

I arrived at the Millennium at two thirty having noted on their website check in was from two. After being ignored for five minutes I asked the concierge directly if I could check in to be told my room wouldn't be ready for another half hour. In the room the furniture is very dated and the wall paper in the...

I stay weekly in Glasgow in hotels and this is the only time I felt strongly enough to leave any form of review. My room was a club room booked on my behalf by my staff as my regular hotels were booked out. The room, a twin, was £250 for two days, bed and breakfast. Arrival started badly when the...

Went in for drinks as a family at the start of a celebratory night out for a special birthday. We were ushered away from the bar when we said we'd wait and take our own drinks back to the table, we then waited approximately 25 minutes for 3 pints of lager, 2 glasses of wine, a vodka and lemonade, soda...
